A Terrible Splendour

This album artwork package was commissioned by the French record label Desire for the London-based synthpop band A Terrible Splendour. Looking for a design that projected their interest in New Romantism but also in cabaret and Victorian aesthetics, numerous archival woodcuts were found, treated and then assembled to this striking package design.
